I’m a brazilian girl.
I was born in Sao Paulo and I grow up there, but my soul is from Bahia.
I’m a Bahia’s daughter because I have a festive, welcoming spirit and an easy temperament... I’m always inventing reasons to celebrate life with happiness and dance, a lot of dance!
I like to walk barefoot. I like to live smiling, drink coconut water, take sun on the sand and listen to music that moves me.
Music is my addiction to life. I listen music to become cheerful, to relax, to be with someone special, to speak with God... Music is all around, in everywhere: in the instruments, in the wind, on the radio, in the clapping of our hands, in our voices, in the silence of the night, in the sunrise, in my thoughts, in my feet, on my computer...
My musical influences and favorites are from the essential Brazilian music, that cultivates and values African and indigenous roots.
I also feel myself very attracted to the exoticism of the Orient, especially from India.
I revere the African musicality and the voices of Cuba, Jamaica, and many others...
I love music that moves my spirit and makes me dance.
Anyway, Music is life. Music is all!
It’s an immense pleasure and infinite happy for me that I came to be part of Global Rhythm Magazine.
My intention is to bring you the best genuine Brazilian music.
I want to show you what is going on in the alternative music scene in Brazil: the music that identifies the Brazilian diversity, the music from passionate musicians.
